Downloading files

I just installed Vista Business SP1 on a Gateway tablet. When I try to
download a file within IE7, I get the Run,Save,Cancel dialog but as soon as
I click Save, IE closes. No error messages, it just closes.

Has anyone seen this behavior, have a solution?
