No; no problems, as long as your computer's Hardware supports 64bit version.
You bought the Retail version.
The worst that can happen after you install is that you get a " Product key
already in use".
Do a phone activation, if that happens.
And HD space has nothing to do with 32bit or 64bit OS.
What was the connection as to a reason to install 64bit?
You can not dual-boot 32bit and 64bit on separate partitions, on the one
