install 64 bit to replace 32 bit
A year and half ago microsoft had sent me two discs of vista ultimate 32 bit
and 64 bit with one product key. I have been using the 32 bit but now I want
to make a change due to harddisk space. Is there going to be a problem with
microsoft in installing the 64 bit?

Thanks

RE: install 64 bit to replace 32 bit
No; no problems, as long as your computer's Hardware supports 64bit version.
You bought the Retail version.

The worst that can happen after you install is that you get a " Product key
already in use".
Do a phone activation, if that happens.

And HD space has nothing to do with 32bit or 64bit OS.

What was the connection as to a reason to install 64bit?
You can not dual-boot 32bit and 64bit on separate partitions, on the one
licence.
