Vista Ultimate X64 Updates Issue

Hi I am running Vista Ultimate x64, when I first installed OS I did all
the updates so its all up to date. However, for some reason now when I
go to the control panel to check which updates are installed it doesnt
find ANY!! but when I check under View Update History it has a massive
list of the updates I have installed. I also can no longer update my OS
at all because I keep getting a Error Message.

I dont know if this is related but I also can no longer get into the
Performance Information and Tools section, It says page cannot load on
the WEI score page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

if you are talking about the add/remove programs list, updates are not
listed there. from the main windows update application, there is an
option in the left hand column to view installed updates and whether
they were successful. if any failed, you can double-click them and
follow the link to do a manual download (in most cases)
