Completing Installation Hang

I am installing a clean version of Vista Home Basic 32 bit. It got
through everything fine but now that it's on the "Completing
Installation" It seems like it just froze, I've probably been sitting
here about 2 hours. Have seen other posts on here similar to this except
they were using Dells and the problem had something to do with the
drivers. I already tried putting my motherboard driver cd in and it did
not work. I don't have any other driver cds so I don't think that's my
problem. Does anyone know what might be causing this? If so anyone have
a solution? Thank you!
