Help! I think it's broken.

I was trying to perform a re-install of Windows and it just won't work i
have it all go fine until i get what i call the Screen Of
Nothingness...('IMG_0149.jpg picture by Kzxke - Photobucket'

Then from then on in, all i can do is move the cursor and restart my
machine. I have a fairly new Computer (Around 5 Months Old) And was
wondering would i just be able to return this to the Place i bought this
as many of other problems have been raised by it. Such as my two CD/DVD
Drives not been recognized and Games constantly crashing (Not due to
machine not being able to run them, i have a Gaming PC with most of the
newest Products of when i bought it).
Should i just return this seeing as i have a 3 Year Warranty or is this
a easy problem to fix?

Hi,

Your image is not available without logging in with your password. You need
to change your settings to public viewing.

As to whether you can return it, that would depend on their return policy.
Most times, it's more appropriate to contact the system manufacturer with
warranty issues.
