Ultimate Upgrade

Hello! I've just copied the contents of my Vista Ultimate upgrade to an
external drive and attempted to upgrade my Home Premium installation.
Unfortunately, I have become a victim of the SP1 ordeal-- the upgrade medium
didn't include SP1 so it won't allow an upgrade and the OEM version of Vista
won't allow me to uninstall SP1. I guess the only thing I can do is get a
replacement disc from Microsoft... but Microsoft charges for phone support!
What should I do?

Is hanging yourself an acceptable option?

Read the above link.
Save your Data, and do it that way.
But, make sure you have all the drivers particular for your OEM version.
Get them from the Manufacturer's website.
