Save toolbarS positions ans sorts

Hello,

Since few years, i use 3 additional personal toolbars on my 2nd screen (1
for me, 1 for my wife, 1 general).

Since XP to Vista change, eatch time i change graphical driver or change
sceen, my 3 toolbars change screen ! I need recreate 3 anothers toolbar, but
lose all shorcuts sort.

I have 3 PCs with 3 toolbars with around 20 shorcuts.
I need 1 hour to change all !!! (create 9 toolbar and sort 180 shorcuts !)

Can you help me please ?
