Update KB943411 not installed, error code 80073712

My PC has been trying to install update KB943411 since january 2008 via
Windows Update but without succes. The error coe is every day the same:
80073712. This update has to be installed before SP1 installation. Therefore
I can not install SP1.
Please culd yu help me to solve this issue?
I am using WV Home Premium 32-bit.
