upgrade from vista home basic to ultimate!

Hi Rick: I'm using vista home basic and i'm planning to change to Vista
Ultimate. I all ready purchase the windows vista ultimate oem software and I
can't install it. What can I do?

Nothing but install it cleanly, Leonel. OEM versions can't be used for
upgrades.

What is the reason you're changing from Basic to Ultimate;
I ask because the majority of posts deal with changing from Vista back
to XP
