repair problem vista business upgrade

I am running vista business. Everything was fine.

I installed service pack 1. I now get the blue screen of death and I
cannot reboot. I originally had windows xp professional and purchased
the windows vista business upgrade. I am unable to reboot to the
upgrade cd to repair.

How can I repair vista business on this pc??

Tap F8 right at Startup/power on, and go into Safe Mode.
Try using Method1 and/or Method 2 to uninstall Vista SP1.
