WETC from Vista PC?
I've been reading about Windows Easy Transfer Companion (see: KB 931696) and
it seems like a very handy tool for anyone migrating from XP. The KB says:

"WETC is a program that you can use to help transfer programs from a
computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) to a
computer that is running Windows Vista."

Perhaps I have missed the point, but would it not be handy to also have the
capability to transfer from a Vista PC?
