x64 disk question

Hey guys. I took the plunge and decided to buy Vista. The store I
purchased it from told me that they only sold 64 bit, but when I took it
home, it was 32. I went to the Microsoft website to purchase the 64
disk, but here's my question. Is the 64 disk an upgrade disk? Would it
mean that I need to install my purchased 32 first and then install the
64 once it comes in? I'm not sure if I should be waiting because I
don't know if the 64 is a full or an upgrade because it didn't state it.

The x64 disk is full install media. (You cannot upgrade from x86 [32-bit] to
x64 [64-bit] anyway).
