Upgrade to Ultimate

HI. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 1720 with Home Premium on it.
I purchased an upgrade version of Ultimate.

When I try to upgrade, the option is greyed out and I can not upgrade to
Ultimate.

Why is this not letting me upgrade?

Are you trying to run it by booting to the CD? Won't work.

Run it from within Windows.

Ok, then did you try running the DVD from within Vista?
