DWM failing on loading

I have installed onto a new drive Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit)
with SP1 integratated

I gave an Asus p5kc m/b, Q6600 cpu, anetec sonata iii case, 800GT GPU
and 2Gb of meory

Whenever i restart PC and log in i get two errors in the event viewer
at approx the same time:

OK i reinstalled windows vista on a new hard drive

Error 1:
in the event viewer log I get an Application error (sometimes the
faulting module named can be replaced by by milcore.dll ) in the event
log

Faulting application Dwm.exe, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp
0x47918c97, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time
stamp 0x4791a7a6, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00047dd2,
process id 0xdb0, application start time 0x01c8ad39f691aa96.

Error 2
This error occurs at a similar time to another error
"Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent
WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND
TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in
namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot
be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected."

Any idea what these mean and how to fix?
