Stupid me.. I was have a very hard time trying to find out why onw of my
much need programs wasn't working. After finding that it was because of a
codec (and not knowing how to identify which one) I decided to reformat my
And not knowing how to didn't help, i did google it etc.
But so I entered the installation disc in and installed another Vista over
the top of my one. Thus having a 'windows.old' folder.
After searching I find that the old other cases similar to mine are people
who have installed vista over XP and want to switch back.
I however want to switch back to my old vista. the windows.old and current
windows are in the same partition for what its worth...
so do i delete that new windows file? how? is there a CMD process?
help would be absolutely aprechiated and loved
