Where did my InstallShield go?

I have a new computer (30 days old) with Vista running on it. When I first
got it when it would startup it would have the McAfee and the InstallShield
splash screens on startup. I have installed some programs. I have just
noticed that InstallShield is gone. Where could it go? How could it go? This
has me perplexed I have been working on this for 24 hours and I still don't
know what happened or how to fix it. I really need some help. Thank you in
