Boot Disk from Digial Locker Download

Hi, I recently purchased Vista Ultimate from the Microsoft Marketplace. I
downloaded it through the Digital Locker Assistant. Everything is worked
great except I don't have a physical disk now. How do I create a boot disk
from the files downloaded?

Long story short, my computer is in a boot loop and all support ideas say to
use the Vista Disk to repair it. I don't have one because I downloaded it.
