Why? If your question is about AVAST! Antivirus, either Windows
newsgroup would be equally inappropriate; you should direct such
questions to the makers of AVAST!

It probably means exactly what it says: disconnect the computer from
the Internet. But without the exact wording of the message, we're
only guessing. Seek a more definitive answer on AVAST!'s web site.
