Help Setting up Media Center TV source

I have been trying to set up my analog TV signal with a HDTV antenna signal
on my media center and it will not work. They will work independently but
not together, is there an update or anything that I can do so I do not have
to always reconfigure my TV setup if I want to switch from analog TV to over
the air HDTV. When I set up the TV signal it says that it will set up the
Antenna signal later and you have to set up the cable first but it never asks
to set it up. Thanks for your help!
