Installing Tools with out a OS CD?
I have a new HP Laptop with Vista Business ver..

How do I install the tools when i have no OS Disk?
HP put a Vista Image file on a seperate partition!
The purpus of this apears to be so you can restore the original system as
purchased.

Why does Microsoft permit this?
It limits user funtionallity of the OS.
