blue screen from dual xp64 and vista upgrade

i have XP64 on and i`m trying to install vista 64 as a dual boot, ive already
had it setup but i upgraded my cpu and changed mobo so i can have ati
crossfire setup
niether would boot so ive had to re-install, xp64 went on fine inc
validating, but when trying to setup vista -
it will downlod drivers for the install but when it first reboots to
continue i get a blue screen with just a word STOP and a few zero`s and
numbers, ive tried loads of times with no luck
the setup is
AMD AM2 5200
sapphire crossfire 3200 mobo
two - ati x1950xtx`s
250gb ide - XP64 installed
200gb sata2 - trying to get vista on

any help would be really appreciated
