blank desktop background

I have tried to remove 'flash.10.exe' popup during startup by loading
'combofix' thru bleeping.cc but failed due to program interrupted & causing
blank background. My question is how to restore the photos back to normal?

At the moment the'flash.10' still in the startup registry, other function
seems like normal. currently I can't get any photos for my pc
background(black) as well as blank photo in other files. I wish somebody
could help me to give some clues on what to do next..

Well, I don't know what most of that post means, but if you right click on your desktop, select properties, you'll see a drop-down menu. If that is set to "Solid Colors", that's your problem. Just set it to "Pictures" and you can use pics as backgrounds again.

Right-click>PERSONALISE in vista, not PROPERTIES

hi guys..thanks for the reply but unfortunately it was not the case.
Anyway I managed to solve virus problem by following the right step at
www.bleepingcomputer.com..the combofix method removed all the 'flash.10'
virus at registry..now everything back to normal..yeeeahhaa
