Vista Language Pack - Can't Uninstall - therefore can't install VistaSP1

Hi,

My computer ran the language pack updates automatically, but my
computer was shut down during the process. I now have a strange
language installed, but can't uninstall it.

I can see it in the list of languages, but when I go to uninstall it
only english is displayed.

I have put a couple of screenshots at:

I only want English installed.

This is preventing me from installing the Vista SP1 which is a huge
problem.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

start - cmd and from the command line run "lpksetup"
