Product Key doesn't work

I'm trying to download my windows vista but the installation wizard ask me
for my product key number (25 Digits) and then when I input my number the
system says "the number can't validated a this moment" I called my
Manufacturer they don't have idea how to fix my problem they recomend me to
contact Microsoft...Some of you folks have an idea about my proble how can I
fix???
