dvd is not working any more , any help pls ?!

I have tried the solution with Filters in registers, but there is no
UpperFilters, no LowerFilters to delete. In device manager I also don`t see
the cd/dvd drive.
I need some help

Check the unit to see if it is plugged into both the MOBO and unit and
power. Does it show in POST?
