Unable to install Vista 64-bit Business Help!

Please help me. I use a Mac Pro and I have boot camped Home Basic 3 on
three different computers. I tried business and it doesnt work! It
isnt boot camp.

I do it all right.. format then install. Only when it is about to do
its first reboot and finish the installation my computer just reboots
from my 64 bit OEM cd telling me to install it again..

I just want to yell at it FINISH!!! but it wont..

Any ideas why vista would not finish installing after a reboot?
(dont tell me its cause im on a mac or boot camp sucks or anything.. I
KNOW THIS)
