Copying User Profiles

Now that I have a new PC and have spent the time setting up my User Account
with my User Profile storing my Vista settings and program preferences I
would like to use a second User Account but by copying all the Vista set up
and program preferences from my User Profile.

Basically I want a different log in name but I want Vista (Ultimate) to look
and behave exactly the same. I know there will be a different user folder and
that is partly the point.
