everything is smaller

i signed on my comeputer today about 29 minutes ago.
all my icons on the destop and the tool bar at the bottom of the screen is
smaller. mt background picture shrunk to. when i go to start everything in
there is smaller too.
How do i change it back to how it was?
Is there something i might have hit to make it do this ?

Please help.

Right-click on the empty Desktop>Personalise> Adjust your resolution from in
there.
