Vista Anytime Upgrade - Vista Premium to Ultimate

I randomly check via Anytime Upgrade as to whether it is available in
Australia. Imagine my surprise today when I actually get thru the purchase
Ultimate Upgrade online window to see that I can indeed purchase an Ultimate
Upgrade for $159!!!!! Includes the Media, instructions and Key !!!( I
normally get to the "Ckeck if your country is on the Upgrade Anytime List
here...if not, bad luck" screen) ...

BUT....after getting thru to that screen I see I can only bill and deliver
to the U.S or Canada.....

.....bugga....

Is the Premium to Ultimate upgrade worth it in you opinions? I am interested
primarily for backup, encryption and...I admit it... DreamScene.....

If you have the money for the new toys then it's worth it If you're
strapped for cash then no it's not worth it.

Dreamscene is nice if you have the specs, bitlocker if you need the security
and backup is nothing special.
