Installing games/programs

When I insert a game CD and the autorun pops up I choose to install the game.
When starting the installation I get the error "-program- stopped working"..
What shall I do? :S

Try Exploring the CD and find setup.exe or install.exe and doubleclick it to
try to start the installation.
