XP and Vista running together

Used PC mover to transfer data from old pc to new laptop. Problem is it also
transferred XP. New computer is running Vista. Computer is very slow and
unstable.

Control Panel won't open so I cannot uninstall XP.

What do I do?

XP would not be 'installed'. Try using disk management and delete the XP
items if they were not merged. If they were merged instead of existing in
separate folders, you will need to reinstall Vista (Vista DVD or your
restore disk)

You can move your data to a new folder first.
