e mail set up

i have two email addresses set up with comcast.net. I am trying to set up
email on my new dell laptop with vista web mail. I receive e mail from both
accounts on the new laptop. I, also, set up wifi for internet access for the
laptop. What can i do to access my personal e mail account only?
