Palm Desktop Software will not Install

I am getting an error 1324, can't find My Pictures folder when I try to
intall Palm Desktop Software version 4.14 which Palm recommends for Vista.

Really? Last time I looked Palm was insisting that Vista users must
install a 6.x version (6.2 is the latest version).

No, that's a very old version of the Palm Desktop software. Download the
latest version from the Palm site and you should be fine.
