Re-install Gadget bar in Vista Premium

By mistake I have uninstalled an XPS view programme and since then I am not
able to have the initial windows vista gadget bar. Instead of the original
bar I have a light grey one that does not allow transparency netheir load
some of the web available free gadgets.
I have already ran Vista and Office trying to repair both to re-install the
original gadget bar, but no success.
Would appreciate help on how to repair this. Many thanks

Hi,

Control Panel/Programs and Features, click ATurn Windows Features on or off,
then under Microsoft .net you will find an option to reinstall the XPS
viewer.
