Problems with Mobile Device Center after Upgrade

I recently upgraded my computer from Windows Vista Home Edition to Windows
Vista Ultimate. I am using Mobile Device Center version 6.1.6965 and connect
to a Dopod 810 running Windows Mobile 5.0. Before I upgraded I could connect
and sync with no problems. Now when I open Sync Center the phone does not
show on the list of devices and when I open Windows Mobile Device Center I
get the following error message "A problem caused the program to stop working
correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available". When I open My Computer the Phone shows up and I can access it
with no problems.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
