Is it possible to use Windows PE 2.0 to install XPSP2 ?

Yes, just run winnt32.exe from the i386 folder of the CD

I was going to say this isn't a Vista question... but then in some ways

yes this would as good a group as exists today.
WinPE 2.0 will support the installation of Windows XPSP2
