XP Pro SP2 with Vista Business License OEM

I have a clone image of XP Pro SP2 that I use for PC deployment. The most
recent PC we have ordered came with "XP Pro SP2 with Vista Business License
OEM". Now when I image the new PC and try and use the above license it bombs
and will not take the license. Is this a new key version? Do I need to make
a new image with the new OS?
