Vista Ultimate Upgrade From Premium

I placed the DVD in the drive and the thing went through the whole process
only to tell me at the end that Windows could not load one or more components.

And since it couldn't upgrade to Ultimate it rolled back to Vista. Any ideas?

The very name Microsoft always to be synonomous to difficulty. Nothing ever
seems to go error free.

and which components would that be??????
or should we guess??
