The 64 Bit version comes on a separate DVD. If you can find someone with a
64 Bit DVD of Vista, your upgrade serial should work with it. Just remember
to do a clean install by booting from from the 64 bit DVD and then choose
not to enter a serial at that time. After you have Vista Ultimate 64 bit
installed, then you can enter in your serial by going into Control Panel and
choosing System. Next click on change product key on that page.
