change arabic destop to english

i have vista home with arabic enterface need to change it to english enterface

Hi,

a) Purchase an English copy of Vista Home and do a clean installation with
it.

b) Upgrade your Vista Home in Arabic to Vista Ultimate, then download and
install the English language MUI.

Only with Ultimate or a clean install of the preferred language are you
going to be able to change the base OS language for the installation. Other
than that, all you can do is use keyboard support for other languages.
