I can select the Japanese "keyboard" in the languages, but not the IME. I
didn't download anything. I found a link to japanese MUI but this is not what
I need as I'm not interested in changing the locale for windows, just being
able to read / write japanese.
No I haven't tried changing the encoding... I can do that when I get home,
but somehow I doubt that will work.
Perhaps the Vista install I used was incomplete? I downloaded it off the web
because my computer is an HP laptop and the vista preloaded was all screwed
up. (I have a genuine key, just HP refuses to give me a clean vista cd).
