Deploying using WDS

I've just installed WDS on our RIS server and I'm trying to image and deploy
Vista Business but I'm finding the whole thing rather confusing!

I have a new DELL GX745 and all I want to do is get an image of it and then
deploy it to a load of GX745's that we'll be getting soon. I'm used to
doing this with risprep and it was easy, but I'm finding the WDS
documentation rather confusing. And I'm really struggling, info on using
WDS is rahter thin on the ground at present.
