Authorization key in use

Recently reformatted and my activation key says that it is in use, I am then
prompted to buy a new cd key or activate over the phone system. I have
reformatted before with no issues and I guess I only have three days to
figure this before Vista locks me out.

OS:
Vista 64 bit home premium OEM

Simply activate over the phone. Dial the number given. It will ask you for
the key, then tell you it is in use. Wait for a human, tell the human that
you had to reformat your system type in a long sequence of numbers you will
be given and you are re-activated.
Max 5 minutes, usually about 2.
