reinstall windows vista home premium

i try to reinstall the windows vista home premium because the system makes a
restart when i used a few programs and is a missing file, i try to install a
clean new one installation, with a partition, and now display a message that
said that the installation can't not be completed cause an unexpected restart
and unexpected error. i try the diagnostic test and do the same thing
unexpected restart ocurr, so they don't complete the test. how i can fix the
problem.

Hi BrownEyes,

Try booting from the Vista installation DVD and format the hard drive,
then install Vista. Just make sure that the DVD drive is listed to boot
first in the BIOS settings, and to press a key when asked to boot from
the DVD while the computer is restarting with the DVD in the drive.
