Boot and shutdown warnings in eventviewer

Hi there,

Everytime i start up or shut down my computer i get warnings in eventviewer.

On start up i get:

What can cause this?

Is it something to worry about, as i have no problems with my computer.

I have searched google, but all answers relate to pc's on a network and does
not apply to me as a single, home computer.

i have all default settings and configurations on my Vista X64.
