installing games

i just bought a new laptop (toshibaa -satellite) and when i try to install
games on it get to the final disk in the installation process and then i keep
getting an alert...actually its ERROR 1935 comes up and when i click ok it
rolls back the process. do you know what ERROR 1935 is and how do i fix it.

You might try right clicking on the game installation file and click
"Run as administrator".

If it is a older game, you might try using the "XP SP2" compatibility
mode.
