Win Vista Ultimate Printers

I have been working w/Vista for few months. Only problem is having
security issues that block some programs and installations. Under the
current OS, I am trying to install a HP Deskjet 9800 through a local
network. The printer is shared as a wireless device on the net. I have
gone through the wizard install system and did a TCP/IP configuration,
(worked using XP before). Nevertheless, when getting the end of the
process an error comes up that says "unable to install printer.
Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003eb)". I've seen this
problem in other forums under XP and found no solutions.
If anyone knows or had the same problem, I need some advices!!! Thank
