Uprading to Vista Ultimate from XP

I begin the upgrade. The install gets to the first reboot then stall. Message
indicates it couldn't get the computer to reboot. What am I doing wrong?

Try a new install, or Reboot manually. Typically after a computer is
ready to reboot after installing new files it is because it needs to run
certain files in a certain order. If any of these files are missing or
corrupt it will cause big errors.
