My estimate is 99% the same. As for some Japanese somewhere, I don't know
about hidden parts, I only know about a few parts that I saw ^_^

I don't know. For Office 97 through 2003 there were English User Interface
Packs, which are enormously hard to find in Microsoft's web site. They cost
1,050 yen and are foreign to some Universes (I had MSDN Universal at the
time but still had to pay extra). I only tried the XP version. I estimate
it converted about 95%, broke around 1%, and didn't convert around 4% (rough
estimates based on what I saw). For Office 2007 I haven't seen if there's a
similar pack.
