Hi Jeff,
The 64 bit version of Vista will have to use a Clean install.
Sometimes Vista will not install with more than 3GB of RAM installed.
You can add them back after Vista is installed however. I would make
sure that every device you have has a 64 bit Vista driver available for
it. A 32 bit driver will not work on the 64 bit Vista. I would also
make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard to help
prevent possible problems to.
